The Radcliffe Court townhomes is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors appointed by the trustee. These volunteers work tirelessly to maintain and improve our neighborhood, ensuring it remains a desirable place to live. At the next HOA annual meeting, community members will have the opportunity to elect a new Board of Directors, transitioning to a fully homeowner-controlled governance structure.

Responsibilities: Overall leadership, community vision, liaison with property management

Responsibilities: Assist President oversees committees, community events coordination and Meeting minutes, record keeping, community communications

Responsibilities: Financial oversight, budget planning, dues collection
